Baked Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    8 oz. shredded sharp cheese
    8 oz. elbow macaroni, uncooked
Preparation
    Cook macaroni for 6 minutes; drain.
    In medium saucepan, combine cornstarch, salt, dry mustard and pepper; stir in milk until smooth.
    Add margarine.
    Stirring constantly, bring to boil over medium high heat and boil 1 minute.
    Remove from heat. Reserve 1/4 cup cheese for topping.
    Stir in remaining cheese until melted.
    Add sugar if used.
    Add elbow macaroni.
    Turn into greased 2-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle with reserved cheese.
    Bake uncovered in 375\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Makes 6 servings.
