Elegant Crabmeat Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (7 oz.) cans crabmeat
1 c. fresh bread crumbs
3 Tbsp. sherry cooking wine
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. grated onion
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper to taste
corn meal
Preparation

Drain and flake crabmeat.
Combine with remaining ingredients.
Mix well.
Shape into walnut-size balls.
Roll in corn meal.
Place on greased cookie sheet and bake at 500\u00b0 for a few minutes until brown.
Watch closely.
Serve with horseradish or cocktail sauce.
