Reuben Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) jar sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
    1 1/4 c. chopped cooked corned beef
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 garlic clove, minced
    4 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
    2 slices rye bread, cubed
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine first 5 ingredients. Put in a greased 11 x 7 x 2-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese and bread. Drizzle with butter. Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until heated through. Makes 4 servings.
