Cranberry Salad(Serves 12 To 15) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 oranges
2 1/2 c. cranberries
3 (2 oz.) pkg. orange-flavored gelatin
3 c. boiling water
2 tsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 c. sugar
pinch of salt
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
1 c. pineapple, undrained
1/2 c. chopped pecans (or more)
Preparation

Peel oranges; put peeling and cranberries through food grinder. Remove white membrane from oranges and section them, breaking each section into three or four pieces.
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Add lemon juice, sugar and salt.
Stir until dissolved. Add remaining ingredients.
Pour into mold and chill until set.
