Hostess Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. shredded potatoes or 1 (2 lb.) bag hash browns
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. chopped onion, sauteed in butter (1/4 c.)
    3 c. crushed corn flakes
    1/2 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Mix and bake all but last 2 ingredients in a 9 x 13-inch greased pan for 45 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
    Remove and top with crushed corn flakes and melted butter.
    Mix and spread on top, return to oven and bake 15 minutes.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
