Tortilla Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    3 medium zucchini, sliced
    4 c. chicken broth
    16 oz. can stewed tomatoes (undrained)
    15 oz. can tomato sauce
    12 oz. can whole kernel corn (undrained)
    tortilla chips, slightly crushed
    1/2 c. Monterey Jack cheese
    1 tsp. cumin
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Saute onion and garlic in oil.
    Add next 6 ingredients and bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 20 minutes. Spoon into bowls and top with tortilla chips and cheese.
