Chicken Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1 small box frozen chopped broccoli
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. oil
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 1/2 c. rice
    1 can fried onion (Durkee) rings
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Boil chicken in water with salt, pepper, garlic salt and 2 chicken bouillon cubes for 45 minutes.
    Cut chicken into small pieces.
    Cook rice as directed and spread over bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Cook broccoli and spread it over the rice.
    Add a layer of chicken.
    Mix mayonnaise, oil, cream of chicken soup and onion rings together and pour over chicken.
    Cover with cheese and bake for 35 to 40 minutes at 375\u00b0.
