Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 large apples
2 tsp. flour
1/4 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
3 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Line plate with rich pastry.
Pare, core and cut apples.
Fill pie plate.
Mix the dry ingredients and lemon juice and sprinkle over the apples.
Dot over with butter.
Wet edges of under crust. Cover with upper crust, pressing the edges close together.
Pinch into a fluted rim.
Bake in a hot oven (450\u00b0) for 10 minutes, then in moderate oven (350\u00b0) for 40 minutes or until apples are tender.
