Polish Cabbage(From Overrock Inn) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large head cabbage, cut in 1-inch cubes or larger
2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 lb. salt pork
1 large can tomatoes
1 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Cook cabbage until nearly done.
Combine with tomatoes and cook together.
Fry salt pork until crisp.
Add flour and cook until smooth.
Add to cabbage and cook together until smooth, adding seasonings until thick.
