Oven-Barbecued Pork Tenderloin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 1 1/2 lb. tenderloin
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. ketchup
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
1 tsp. powdered mustard
1 crushed clove garlic
Preparation

Place tenderloin in a large bowl with marinade.
Cover and chill eight hours or overnight, turning occasionally.
Lift meat from marinade and roast.
Baste with marinade every fifteen minutes.
