Crab Meat Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. milk
    2 beaten eggs
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Swiss cheese, grated
    1 can crab meat
    1/2 c. green onion, chopped
    bacon bits
    shrimp (optional)
Preparation
    Mix flour and milk.
    Add eggs and mayonnaise.
    Add cheese, crab meat, green onion, bacon bits and shrimp.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell, then bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
    (Makes 2 store bought 9-inch pie shells.)
