Blueberry Buckle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/4 c. shortening
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. milk
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. drained blueberries
Preparation

Mix sugar, shortening, egg and vanilla.
Stir in milk.
Sift and add flour, salt and baking powder. Blend in blueberries.
Pour into greased tube pan and top with crumb mixture.
Bake 45 to 50 minutes at 375\u00b0.
