Beer Batter For Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg
1 c. warm stale beer
1 1/8 tsp. baking soda
1 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. garlic salt

Preparation

Mix all together.
Wash and dry fish.
Heat oil 1 to 2 inches deep.
Dip fish in batter and fry.
