Gorgonzola Mousse With Roasted Red Pepper Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. Gorgonzola cheese
    4 oz. cream cheese
    1 egg
    1 green onion, diced
Preparation
    Beat together in a blender.
    Bake mousse in miniature muffin tin about 10 minutes.
    Wrap each mini mousse in phyllo dough. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 15 minutes.
