Wild Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage (hot or mild)
    1 large can straw mushrooms
    2 medium onions
    2 boxes Uncle Ben's original wild rice
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 c. light cream or milk
    2 1/2 c. chicken broth
    1 small pkg. sliced or slivered almonds (optional)
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. raisins
    chopped dates
    chopped mixed dried fruit or a combination
    1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Turn on the oven to 400\u00b0.
    Line twelve muffin pan cups with paper baking cups or grease well with shortening.
    In a medium bowl, stir together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt with a wooden spoon.
    Add fruit and stir until evenly mixed.
