Vicky'S Spinach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Ricotta cheese
    1 c. grated Mozzarella or Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    salt
    1/2 zucchini squash, sauteed
    1 (10 oz.) bag spinach, washed, cooked and drained
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 tsp. onion and/or garlic
    1/4 lb. sauteed mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and bake in well-oiled deep pie pan for 40 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
