Ingredients

1/4 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 pkg. (10 biscuits) refrigerated biscuits
3/4 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

In a frying pan, brown ground beef.
Drain off fat.
Add tomato sauce, oregano and garlic salt.
Pat each biscuit out to form its own crust.
Place crusts on a cookie sheet.
Top each crust with some of the ground beef mixture.
Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Makes 10 servings.
