Chinese Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. frozen stir-fry vegetables
    1 c. onion, chopped
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    10 1/2 oz. can cream of chicken and mushroom soup
    1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 c. no-salt crackers, crumbled
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
Preparation
    Chop, prepare and measure ingredients.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Combine vegetables, onion, mayonnaise and soup into a large bowl. Using fingers, mix well.
    Pour into a 1.5-quart casserole dish. Top with Cheddar cheese.
    Set aside.
