Fresh Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. cinnamon
6 c. sliced, pared and cored apples
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation

Prepare favorite pastry for double crust pie.
To make filling, mix apples in dry ingredients.
Dot with margarine.
Make several slits in top crust.
Cover pie with pastry, seal and flute edge. Bake in a 425\u00b0 oven for 50 minutes.
