Marinated Turkey Breast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 fresh turkey breast
    1 c. nonfat plain yogurt
    4 or 5 garlic cloves, chopped or pressed
    dash of Tabasco sauce
    freshly ground pepper
    sprigs of fresh thyme or rosemary or dash of dried
Preparation
    Trim excess skin from turkey and place turkey in a large, resealable plastic bag.
    In a bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Pour into bag with turkey.
    Squeeze air from bag and seal.
    Massage the bag to get the marinade all over the turkey.
    Refrigerate for as little as 2 hours or as long as overnight.
