Cranberry Chutney - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. fresh orange sections
    1/4 c. orange juice
    1 lb. fresh, washed cranberries
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 large unpeeled, chopped tart apple
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/4 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ground cloves
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until berries burst.
    Fill individual serving dishes or place in a casserole dish.
