Harvest Or Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. raw apples, chopped
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
3/4 c. oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. each nutmeg and cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. raisins
1 c. nuts, chopped
sprinkle of cloves

Preparation

Combine apples and sugar; let stand for 1 hour.
Beat eggs; add oil, then the flour and dry ingredients.
Stir in apples.
Mix raisins and nuts with a little flour; add to apple mixture.
Blend well.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
