Peaches And Cream Cheese Pie - cooking recipe

3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, softened
1/2 c. milk
1 egg, beaten
1 box vanilla pudding mix (not instant)
1 large (15 to 16 oz. size) can well drained, sliced peaches (reserve juice)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
5 to 6 Tbsp. reserved peach juice
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

In a medium size bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, butter or margarine, milk, egg and pudding and beat 2 minutes. Pour into greased deep 9-inch pie plate.
Next, place the peaches on top of the batter.
Combine the cream cheese, sugar and reserved peach juice and beat 2 minutes.
Mix the 1 teaspoon sugar and the cinnamon together and sprinkle over top.
Bake 35 minutes in preheated 350\u00b0 oven.
Cool and chill.
Ready to serve.
