Oyster Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. milk
2 c. oysters
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. celery salt
dash of pepper
Preparation
-
Scald milk.
Heat oysters in their own juice for 5 minutes. Add butter, seasonings and hot milk to oysters.
Serve immediately.
Serves 2.
