Wednesday Night Supper Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. lukewarm water
    2 pkg. yeast
    1 c. hot water
    2/3 c. shortening
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    6 c. plain flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water.
    Add shortening, sugar and salt to hot water.
    Stir until dissolved.
    Stir in eggs and yeast mixture.
    Beat in flour.
    Let rise 1 hour.
    Roll out and let rise until ready to bake.
