Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine, softened
3/4 c. sugar
2/3 c. brown sugar
2 egg whites
1 1/4 c. chunky peanut butter
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
5 Butterfinger candy bars (or similar), cut in 1/2-inch pieces
Preparation

Beat butter at medium speed with an electric mixer until creamy. Gradually add sugars, beating well.
Add egg whites, beating well.
Stir in peanut butter and vanilla.
Set aside.
