Ingredients

1 Bobolli (large)
3/4 to 1 lb. sliced deli smoked turkey
1 zucchini, thinly sliced and quartered
1 Vidalia onion, finely chopped
1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
salt
2 Tbsp. pesto sauce
grated Fontinella or Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Brush Bobolli with pesto.
Fold turkey slices in quarters and cover Bobolli with turkey.
Arrange zucchini, onion, mushrooms and cheese over the turkey.
Lightly salt and spray pizza pan with Pam or aerosol oil spray.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
