Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1 beaten egg
    1/4 c. cornstarch
    6 tsp. peanut oil
    20 oz. can Dole unsweetened pineapple chunks, drained (save juice)
    1 green pepper, cubed
    1 red pepper, cubed
    1/4 c. seasoned rice vinegar
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/3 c. chicken broth
    pineapple juice
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    salt and pepper
    1 Tbsp. honey
    1 tsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    Cut chicken into cubes; dip in egg and roll in cornstarch. Fry chicken in 4 tablespoons oil.
    Remove and set aside.
