Salmon Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked rice
    2 medium green onions, sliced
    2 ribs celery, sliced diagonally
    1/3 c. prepared Italian dressing
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can pink salmon, drained and broken up in chunks
    4 or 5 large lettuce leaves
    2 green peppers, cut in strips
Preparation
    Mix rice, onions, celery and Italian dressing. Add salmon; toss gently to mix. Spoon onto lettuce lined platter; garnish with green pepper. Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
