Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. margarine
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. milk
1 to 1 1/2 slices American cheese
Preparation

Melt margarine.
Stir in cornstarch.
Add milk and stir until thickened.
Turn heat down and add cheese.
Stir until melted. Makes 1/2 cup of sauce.
Great over broccoli, cauliflower, etc.
