Sweet And Sour Spareribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. country style ribs
    2/3 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    dash of cinnamon
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1/2 c. catsup
    1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    salt, pepper and thyme
Preparation
    Precook the ribs in water and vinegar (small amount to soften meat).
    Precook for 20 minutes.
