Cream Cheese Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    1 c. mashed ripe bananas
    2 eggs
    2 c. buttermilk
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. nuts
Preparation
    Cream sugar and cream cheese until fluffy.
    Beat in bananas and eggs.
    Stir in baking powder, soda and nuts; do not beat. Pour into a greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes or until done.
    Cover with foil the last 15 minutes. Freezes well.
    Makes one loaf.
