Texas Millionaires - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. white sugar
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. red label Karo
    2 sticks oleo
    2 c. canned milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 lb. pecan halves
    2 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips or 10 plain Hershey bars
    1 bar (1/4 lb.) paraffin
Preparation
    Mix the first 7 ingredients, except 1 cup milk.
    Stir well. Let come to a good boil, stirring constantly.
    Add the other cup of milk slowly.
    (Do not stop boil.)
    Cook until it forms a soft ball.
    (This takes a long time.)
    Add pecan halves.
    Pour into large, buttered pan and let stand in refrigerator overnight.
