Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (9-inch) Pet-Ritz frozen pie shells, thawed or make your favorite pie shell
    3 medium sweet potatoes
    3 c. sugar
    about 2/3 stick oleo
    2 to 3 eggs
    1 small can Carnation milk
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Peel and cut sweet potatoes into 1 to 1 1/2-inch pieces.
    Cook in lightly salted water to cover until tender.
    Drain and mash with mixer until smooth and well blended.
    Measure; should be about 3 cups.
    Add sugar.
    Mix well and add oleo.
    Mix in well.
