Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast or use leftover turkey around the holidays
1 box chicken flavored Rice-A-Roni
1 box vermicelli with almonds Rice-A-Roni
3 yellow squash, sliced thin
3 zucchini squash, sliced thin
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Microwave chicken on meat rack for 7 minutes per pound on Medium-high (70%).
Cut chicken into small pieces.
