Peach Kuchen(Serves 1) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1/3 c. sour cream
    4 c. peaches, sliced
    3 egg yolks, beaten
    1 c. sugar
Preparation
    Mix 1 1/4 cups flour and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Cut in butter (or margarine) until pieces are about the size of a pea. Stir in 2 tablespoons sour cream. Press mixture into a 9 x 9-inch baking pan. Bake for 20 minutes at 375\u00b0. Spread peaches on baked crust. Mix remaining flour, salt, sour cream, egg yolks and sugar together. Pour over peaches. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes. Chill and serve with ice cream, whipped cream or plain.
