Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. plain flour
    1/2 c. boiling water
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 c. shortening
    1 egg
Preparation
    Combine flour, salt and shortening. Pour boiling water over mixture gradually. Add eggs and vinegar; mix well and cool in refrigerator. Roll out and put in pie pans. Makes 3 to 4 pie crusts.
