Cranberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. minus 1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. orange juice
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    2 Tbsp. hot water
    1 c. pecan chips
    1 c. raw cranberries, halved
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients together.
    Mix liquid ingredients separately and pour into dry.
    Stir together well.
    Pour into an 8 x 4-inch greased and floured loaf pan.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour. Doubled recipe makes 5 gift loaf pans.
