Cucumber-Blue Cheese Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) carton plain, low-fat yogurt
    1/2 c. (2 oz.) crumbled Blue cheese
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    dash of pepper
    1/2 medium cucumber, shredded
    skim milk (optional)
Preparation
    Combine yogurt, Blue cheese, sugar, vinegar and pepper.
    Stir in cucumber.
    Cover and chill.
    Stir in 1 to 2 tablespoons milk to thin, if desired.
    Makes 1 1/2 cups (12 servings).
