Lemon Sponge Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3 egg yolks, beaten until light
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. lemon extract
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3 egg whites, beaten with 1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Sift first 3 ingredients together.
    Mix next 4 ingredients together and add to dry mixture.
    Fold in egg whites.
    Pour into casserole and bake in 1-inch hot water 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
