Cucumber Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium cucumbers
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    3/4 tsp. pepper
    2 1/2 Tbsp. parsley or dill
    1 Tbsp. water
    1 c. wine vinegar
Preparation
    Wash cukes, peel and slice paper thin into a bowl.
    Sprinkle with salt.
    Mix well, turning slices over in the salt.
    Put plate over cukes in bowl and press down.
    Let stand for 1 hour.
    Drain juice.
