Liver Onion Patties - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. beef or pork liver
1 medium onion
10 crackers
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oleo or Wesson oil
Preparation

Put meat through grinder (fine grind) with onion and crackers. Add slightly beaten eggs, milk and salt.
Drop into hot oil. Flatten with spatula and fry on each side until brown and crisp.
