Fruit Bread Pudding(Use Your Favorite Fruit When Making This Pudding.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 egg yolks
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/3 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 c. diced fruit (your choice)
Preparation
    In a large bowl, soak bread crumbs in milk for 10 minutes.
    Add remaining ingredients, and mix well.
    Place in a greased baking dish and cover.
    Bake in a 300\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes.
    If desired, you can add a meringue topping and brown.
