Macaroni And Beef Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 small green pepper, diced
1 medium onion, diced
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. powdered garlic
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 pkg. (8 oz.) shell macaroni
1 can (16 oz.) tomatoes
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Italian tomato soup
1 c. water
1/2 tsp. sugar
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

In a 10-inch skillet, cook ground beef, green pepper, onion and seasonings until meat is browned (10 minutes).
Cook macaroni as directed on package.
Mix cooked macaroni, tomatoes with their liquid, meat and remaining ingredients, breaking up tomatoes.
Put in a 2-quart casserole dish.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until mixture is hot and bubbly.
Yields 6 servings.
