Mexican Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. tomato juice
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. chopped green chilies
    1 egg
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    3 c. corn chips
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except corn chips and 1/2 cup of the cheese.
    Slightly crush 2 cups corn chips and add to meat mixture.
    Put into 8-inch square pan.
    Bake 40 to 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Top with remaining corn chips and cheese.
    Return to the oven for 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
