Cuban Chicken Fricassee - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 chicken breasts
1 chopped onion
1/2 bell pepper
3 potatoes, chopped 3 ways
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 chicken bouillon cube
1/4 c. white cooking wine
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 (8 oz.) cans water
1/4 c. fresh cilantro
1 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation

Heat olive oil in medium heat in a large saucepan.
Add chicken breast, salt, cumin, garlic powder, potatoes, bell pepper and onion.
Stir until chicken turns white.
Add cooking wine, tomato sauce, water, bouillon cube and cilantro.
Cook until potatoes become soft, about 30 minutes.
