Crab Imperial - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans crabmeat
    1 (1 1/4 oz.) envelope chicken gravy mix
    1/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
    1/4 c. chopped canned mushrooms
    2 tsp. parsley
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs
Preparation
    Rinse, drain and flake crabmeat.
    Prepare gravy mix according to package directions.
    Mix lightly with crabmeat, mayonnaise, mushrooms, parsley and lemon juice.
    Spoon into shallow buttered casserole.
    Top with buttered crumbs.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
