Stuffed Peppers Supreme(Green) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large green bell peppers
2 Tbsp. Mazola oil
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
1/2 c. grated cheese
1 lb. ground beef
3/4 to 1 c. cooked rice
bit of garlic salt
1/2 tsp. sweet basil
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. buttered crumbs
Preparation

Cut washed peppers in half and remove seeds and membrane. Cook in boiling water for 5 minutes.
Place in buttered casserole. Brown beef and onion in oil and drain off fat.
Add 1 cup of the tomato sauce and seasonings and cooked rice.
Spoon mixture into green peppers, heaping full, then pour the rest of tomato sauce over all.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Uncover. Sprinkle with grated cheese and buttered crumbs and bake 10 minutes more.
