Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. vegetable oil
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 Tbsp. vanilla
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. oatmeal

Preparation

Cream together first 5 ingredients.
Sift together flour, soda and salt.
Add to creamed mixture with oatmeal.
Roll in balls. Grease pan first time.
Bake in 375\u00b0 oven.
