Belgian Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. buttermilk
    2 eggs
    4 Tbsp. cooking oil
    2 c. self-rising flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Mix well buttermilk, eggs and cooking oil and add self-rising flour, sugar and baking soda.
    Mix all together until well moistened.
    Need not beat out all lumps.
    Bake on hot griddle.
